In general, the oil-based cutting oil shall be used when the cutting speed is less than 30m/min and the water-based cutting oil shall be used when the cutting speed is faster than 60m/min.

On account of great calorific value during the process of high-speed cutting, the poor heat dissipation effect of oil-based cutting oil will cause excessive temperature of the cutting area and the occurrence of smog, fire or other phenomena to the cutting oil. Moreover, the thermal deformation caused by excessive temperature of workpiece will influence the machining precision of such workpiece. Therefore, the water-based cutting oil is frequently used.

This model is for general purpose. With light yellow color, such product is added with selected Japanese lubricant EP additives, antioxidants, and anti-rust agents. The oil is nearly odorless. It is suitable for closed air-conditioned houses. The superior EP lubrication effect can effectively improve the serve life and efficiency of cutters, enhance the precision and brightness of cutting face, save the maintenance and abrasion costs of cutters, and other intangible costs. It contributes to amazing effects when cutting copper, aluminum, iron and galvanized iron and does not result in problems like oxidation and discoloration for copper objects.

This model is moderate cutting oil. With light yellow color, such oil contains special extreme pressure agent which enables it to generate iron sulfide protective film under high temperature and high pressure to effectively extend the service life of cutters, and improve surface brightness of work pieces. It won’t cause the scuffing or damage of linings. It possesses fairly excellent performance for both turning and milling.

C-1125UA character list:

This model is specially developed for the axis-centered processing of stainless steel. With creamy yellow color, the product contains special interface lubricants which enable it to greatly reduce the friction coefficient between cutters and work pieces. Moreover, it can better extend the service life of cutters and hardware than general cutting oil, especially for the self-drilling screws and screw taps.
