With medium viscosity, it can be used to facilitate effective lubrication on various component surfaces to effectively protect such components from abrasion. This model is a general used product for the precision machining on milling machines. When cooperating with nanometer solid additives, it will drastically reduce the friction coefficient, effectively improve the abrasion conditions of cutters, reduce the recondition amount of cutters and increase the precision of turning and milling surface. In high-speed heavy cutting, the guide bushing is not liable to scorch. It will facilitate the stable precision machining and costs of cutters and hardware, especially for the SUS drilling and tapping. It is suitable for needle turning, axis-centered combined machining and other difficult processing.

Recommendation: free-machining steel 1215, SUS 303, 316, 316L, 420, 420J2, alloy steel SUJ2, and others.

C-25 character list:

This is a product designed for heavy cutting. With dark brown color, the product contains high-performance lubricating EP agents. It contributes to amazing effects for cutting, rotary cutting, broaching, gear hobbing, and others. It can show the most excellent lubricating property in the processes of broaching, and gear hobbing.

Recommendation: SUS 316, 316L, 304, 420, and alloy steel SCM440, SCM415, SNCM439, and SNCM220.
