- Q31.Can plastic be processed by CNC? What problems shall be noticed? Could we use cutting fluid?
  A:
  With CNC processing, debris of rubber won’t break easily and will twine around cutters. Do not add cutting fluid. Air injection is required for the finish machining so that cutting blades and finished surfaces will keep clean. Both lathe and milling machine can be used for processing so long as the processing conditions are adjusted timely.
- Q32.What about the plastic bucket processing on CNC lathes?
  A:
  The heat generated by cutting will melt the plastic and make cutters be covered. A large amount of cutting fluid shall be used to facilitate cooling for the benefit of cutting.
- Q33.As to deep hole working in machining, how to correctly dilute the cutting fluid?
  A:
  Adopt water-solubility cutting fluid with a proportion about 8%-10%. The proportion shall be higher when employing gun drill.
