- Q21.How to prevent the generation of foams?
  A:
  - For the pipelines of cooling system, the closer they are to the cooling box, the lower the pressure shall be.
  - The fluid level of cutting fluid shall not be too low. Check the fluid level and add cutting fluid in time.
  - Control the pump pressure of booster pump. It shall not be too high.
  - The sink shall not be too small or has excessive bulkheads.
  - The angle of nozzle shall not be too vertical when using the cutting fluid.
- Q22.What are main reasons for skin allergy?
  A:
  - Unusual constituents or excessive PH value of cutting fluid.
  - Oil used for the machine tools is different.
  - The concentrated solution is mixed with insufficient water and the concentration is too high.
  - Poor ventilation of the workplace, excessive bactericides, or impure cutting fluid.
- Q23.Does the cutting fluid will cause skin allergy?
  A:
  - Drink over 1000cc boiled water per day.
  - Eat more fruit with more content of Vitamin C.
  - Take few drugs as far as possible. Drugs will only make more toxins accumulate in body.
  - Pay attention to the ventilation in the working environment.
  - Select cutting fluid with moderate PH value can reduce the risk of allergy.
- Q24.Regarding the skin allergy, what mattes shall operators notice?
  A:
  - Operators shall wear work clothes and gloves to prevent skin from directly contacting with cutting fluid.
  - The concentration of cutting fluid must be handled according to the instruction book.
  - The dosage of bactericides shall be adopted according to the instruction book.
- Q25.How to give consideration to both lubrication and cooling?
  A:
  Lubrication is used to reduce the resistance during cutting process and cooling is used to prevent blades from softening. However, bearable temperature of different cutters are different, for instance, cast iron shall be handled by dry cutting. As to materials with nickel-chromium elements which are difficult to be cut, they will generate high heat during the cutting process. The application of cooling via cutting fluid under such circumstance will cause hardening and further increase the difficulty of eliminating cuttings. Therefore, when cutting such kind materials, one shall focus on lubrication so as to enhance the chip removal. Sometimes, one might use high frequency or air injection to replace cutting fluid so as to facilitate chip removal and guard against the cuttings hardening. All these shall be adjusted according to different conditions.
