  A:
  The anti-rust oil with long anti-rust period does not always suit for the rust protection of various components. Firstly, one shall understand the entire anti-rust process, such as the components, materials, required anti-rust period, storage places and storage methods, treatment before and after the project regarding the object. Consequently, we can recommend proper anti-rust oil products for dealing with various different conditions.
- Q15.What are the causes of rusts on workpieces?

  Explanation:
  There are red rusts on the component surface and have obviously corrode the surface.
  
  Possible causes:
  - Natural rust (condensation of moisture, dust and others)
    →Condensation of moisture: the condensation of moisture on the component surface caused by temperature variation will damage the anti-rust oil films and cause rusts.
    →Dust: attachment of dust will damage the anti-rust oil films and cause rusts.
  - Corrosive gas
    →Gases generated by pickling baths or burners or exhaust gases discharged by vehicles dissolve in rust-prevention oil, it will cause the acidification of oil and rusting of components.
    →In environment nearby the sea, sea breezes with salinity will also easily cause rusts.
  - Misuse
    →Incorrect coating or dipping of rust-prevention oil will cause the uneven distribution of rust-prevention oil on components and consequently result in regional rusting.
