The cleaning management will increase the service life of oil and reduce the costs.
- The concentration shall be maintained at correct level. Constituents of cutting fluid will be changed for the influences exerted by workpieces and chippings. Consequently, it has to be recovered by adding new oil. Higher operating temperature will also facilitate the increase of concentration.
Therefore, one shall use saccharometer, PH paper, and DH paper to conduct tests before using the water-solubility oil.
